We at Cheater Slick Culture are committed to ensuring our customer's satisfaction, and we want to ensure that you enjoy our products as much as we do. We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions and pictures provide the clearest vision of what you are receiving from us.
We are a small business selling quality products with low margins so returns take away from our bottom line.
All that being said, we sell two kinds of products: in stock items and made to order items, below you will see our policy on returning each of these kinds of items:
Key chains, shop rags, and stickers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We do not refund Made-to-order sales for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse as these items are individually made when you place your order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on made-to-order products, send a detailed description of the issue and necessary photos up to email@example.com and we will provide further instructions where to send problem merchandise.
