Return Policy

We at Cheater Slick Culture are committed to ensuring our customer's satisfaction, and we want to ensure that you enjoy our products as much as we do. We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions and pictures provide the clearest vision of what you are receiving from us. 

We are a small business selling quality products with low margins so returns take away from our bottom line. 

All that being said, we sell two kinds of products: in stock items and made to order items, below you will see our policy on returning each of these kinds of items: 

IN-STOCK ITEMS: 

If you're unsatisfied with any in-Stock apparel product that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange within 15 days of shipment. The apparel item(s) you return for exchange must be in new unworn/unwashed condition. Please write a note stating what you want to exchange for and send to the address on the original packaging.

Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong size or design. In those cases we reimburse for shipping charges back to us and cover the shipping back to you.

If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (eg: misprinted logo, hole in fabric) please email us at cheaterslickculture@gmail.com. Our printed apparel items are delivered to us in individual sealed polybags.  Occasionally damages occur during printing and we miss it. Please provide a picture of the damage in the email explaining the situation including your order number. We will happily replace it for you.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please consider this when placing your order.

Original art, prints and stickers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.  

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:

We do not refund Made-to-order sales for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse as these items are individually made when you place your order. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on made-to-order products, send a detailed description of the issue and necessary photos up to cheaterslickculture@gmail.com and we will provide further instructions where to send problem merchandise.

If the address provided by you is considered insufficient by the courier for delivery, that shipment
